Job Summary
Tracerco is a leading Industrial Technology firm, providing detection diagnostic and measurement solutions. We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Data Analyst on a temporary basis. It is a strategic role within the MI business, supporting the interim Commercial Director and Global commercial teams to finalise the strategy for Profiler Lifetime Service Packages.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the global Commercial team to help update all relevant data to finalise the Profiler Lifetime Service Package strategy.
- Ensure all relevant product/operational/customer data on existing profiler assets installed globally is updated.
- Ensure the data is presented in user friendly dashboards to enable the commercial teams to hunt all potential profiler upgrade opportunities.
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
Skills
- Proficiency in use of IT Programs (Microsoft, Sharepoint, Power BI)
- Experience of resolving customer problems and customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal team members, other departments and customers
- Ability to work under pressure and capable of handling a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritising accordingly.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Customer focused with a pro-active approach to customer service
- Confidence to work independently using own initiate
- Work well as part of team, with a flexible hands-on approach
- Excellent organisation skills
