We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to improve our marketing strategies. In this role, you will look at data, create processes, and offer practical insights that help the business grow.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyze key website performance metrics using GA4, including traffic, conversions, engagement rates, and session duration.
Generate reports to inform stakeholders about digital performance and identify areas for growth.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts.
Optimise SEO through website assessments and keyword analysis, increasing organic click-through rates (CTR) and engagement.
Analyse paid advertising channels (ROAS, CPA), providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Check how well content performs on blogs, landing pages, and videos by looking at engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage multi-step funnels in GA4 to find where users leave the site and improve their experience and conversion rates.
Work with the marketing and design teams to suggest changes to landing pages based on funnel analysis.
Use heatmap tools such as Crazy Egg and Hotjar to provide insights into how users interact with the site, including where they click and scroll.
Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates by trying out different layouts, designs, and messages.
Find areas on the website that need improvement to increase user engagement and overall performance.
Develop efficient data collection, reporting, and analysis processes across digital channels.
Create standardized workflows for consistent tracking of performance metrics and implementation of optimization strategies.
Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
Expertise using social media tools to check how well different platforms are performing.
Understanding of how to improve conversion rates.
Ability to create and use models that show how different marketing channels affect sales.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward finding ways to improve.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to explain data insights clearly to different people.
Proven ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
