We are seeking a versatile, data-driven Data Insight Analyst to join our Growth Strategy teamβ€”a key player in developing and executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy focussing on retention and expansion. This role is ideal for candidates with a consulting, finance, or sales operations background who excel at transforming data into strategic insights that drive business outcomes. As a Data Insight Analyst, you’ll shape the future direction of our regional sales strategy by identifying key growth opportunities, addressing emerging challenges, and optimising our GTM approach to retain customers and increase revenue.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales leaders, account managers, and customer success teams, delivering insights that guide decision-making and improve sales performance. You will develop tools and processes that track the pulse of sales activityβ€”from opportunity tracking and deal velocity to customer retention and follow-up efficiency. Your expertise will empower our teams to identify quick wins, improve retention, and address renewal risks, all while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably within a sales, customer success, or growth strategy function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (SFDC, Power BI, etc.) Advanced level of knowledge on excel/google sheets (Google suite)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights in a clear and actionable way.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
